ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! We ordered on ubereats for an ETA of 12:40-1:00am, still waiting at 2:05am and nothing. Called up to a lady who has no customer service skills or idea on how to speak. If you want your food, don't order from here is my advice. I had to cancel my order and don't know if it will be refunded but I can't stay up all night and can neither have someone banging on the door in the middle of the night as some reviews say would happen! Gutted I didn't see the reviews first. AVOID!

if you fancy a 3 hour wait for something you could probably whip up with the stuff you’d scrape out of your shower drainpipe, then this is the place for you! with around-the-clock staff who’ll patiently wait for your food to grow fungi inside the charming bin liner it is presented to you in, you really are taken care of. if you haven’t moved house, had three kids and eventually died of heart failure by the time your comfortingly lukewarm package arrives, then make sure you have a microwave at hand to ensure your culinary delight enters your body in a state fit for human consumption. alternatively, cut out the middle man and throw it straight in the bin to avoid piling on the pounds via the grease sapping out of your tasty treat. overall, this product was probably a win for my gut health. given the waiting time from bakery-to-belly, my vegan cookie dough had probably begun the fermentation process of its own accord and i will therefore be using it to make a sourdough starter. ten out of ten keep up the good work guys.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. We ordered at half 9 and it is currently 20 minutes to midnight and me and my partner are still empty handed. All we ordered was some fruit a sundae and two smoothies so not like it’s anything that needs cooking… we have rang up twice, the first time at 11pm the woman said the order had already been sent out, rang again at half past and a different guy told us it had been sent out 10 minutes ago. Absolutely abysmal service and I am completely disgusted. Working in food myself I think it’s atrocious. Spent nearly £40 on these smoothies and some fruit. Absolute scam

2 hours late and not even the quality of a micro meal it smelt sour as if it was out of date, straight in the bin, DISGUSTING

This is so disgusting I ORDERD AT 20:30 and IT ARIVED AT 3:40 DISCRACE!!! my little Timmy was crying to me because he didn’t get his sausage barn but when it came he was sleeping AND IT WAS MORE WRINKLY THEN POPS’ FOREHEAD . I do not recommend. WE CALLED 7 TIMES AND NOTHING. straight to voicemail with no feedback. THE FOOD WAS MORE SWEATIER THAN MY HUSBANDS FOOT FUGNUGS READ THE REVIEWS GUYS. What a discrace to live here. A 0. THE WOMAN WAS SO HORRID ON THE PHONE TOO. My poor Timmy. My husband is now eating out the bin because of these guys HE SAID NO MORE BEDTIME FOR ME. DO NOT RECOMMEND I QUOTE AGAIN

Shut this sithole of a place down........absolutely ridiculous, that girl on that phone needs a slap, lying to everyone on delivery times, if I dint get a refund by next week I will have to pop in the shop.......Heard quite a few people have not got there refund, They could of made something good of that business but just ruining the reputation, It will not last long, 14,000 Bad reviews fuming

Terrible place. Will not deliver your order and will lie to you if you try to contact them saying they’re around the corner and they will not be. A scummy attempt at running away with your money.
