Really bad experience and won’t come back. Eggs come out in a square brick obviously coming from a mass baked pan of liquid eggs and on top of that were cold. Nothing is fresh. The breakfast burrito was even worse. Cold in the middle and bacon was under cooked so to me that says they just microwave it and call it good. Pay inflated prices for worse than McDonalds. Go somewhere else.

We live in the neighborhood and used to frequent cake crumbs at least once a week. Now it seems they are under new ownership and the only thing that is consistent is the coffee. The pastries and baked goods have all changed, and are frequently dry or bland. The breakfast bowl was a favorite of mine, but the most recent iteration was sloppily prepared - tough potatoes and at least 6-7 hardly cooked cloves of garlic. So sad because we loved this place :(

I called in an order to be delivered to my sons work and Lauren was very helpful in giving a suggestion for a variety of different baked goods. It is so helpful to have a business that will do this, especially when you live 13 hours away and would like to send a little something for the Holidays. Thank you Lauren

This is my favorite bakery in the Denver area! Not just the city of Denver but all of the surrounding suburbs and towns too. They make the kind of cakes that I dream about. So moist, so rich. But not too much of either. They gracefully walk on the edge of being too decadent but don’t cross the line. I love the flavors of cakes that they offer and since they sell cake by the slice, I love walking in to see what kind they have available. It’s encouraged me to try some flavors that I never would have otherwise. And don’t get me started on their croissants! They’re sooo soft. It’s like they dip them in butter before serving them to you (kidding, of course). They practically melt in your mouth. And I’m not a big fan of chocolate but their brownies are wonderful! The staff is always nice and patient if you need a few minutes to boil your selection down to one or maybe two goodies. And the location is in a super chill neighborhood. You’ll often see kids coming in after school or friends of all ages meeting up to enjoy the vibe. If you’re looking for the best, look no further.

Hi neighbors - I am not usually one to come on here and bash a business, especially a small business, but felt the need to say something. So many people recommend cake crumbs for cupcakes - we were super excited to order from them after hearing such good things! However, I was so disappointed. The entire experience was kind of a nightmare. I filled out the inquiry online and then got a call a week later after following up and spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone explaining to them exactly what we wanted. Then a week later I got a call from someone asking the exact same questions and when I told them that we paid already and I talked to someone about this - they had said they couldn't find the order and needed to call me back. Eventually they found the order but it all jsut seemed kind of like a mess. We had set a pick up time for yesterday (dec 3 at 8am), I wasn't planning on actually getting it until around 9/9:30 but the person I had talked to on the phone the 2nd time just said we'd set it for 8am. I get a call at 8:45am asking if I can pick it up in the afternoon, that they are running behind. I explained no because the party was at 11am. This was frustrating it itself because I was under the impression that all orders that were to be picked up that day were going to be done the night before. I got there at 9:30 and was told they were still finishing up and it'd be out shortly. I didn't get my stuff until 10am. I still had a ton to do that morning before 11am and it was extremely inconvenient to have to wait when it should have been ready for pick up much earlier. I would have been slightly less irritated had everything been the way it was supposed too. I have attached the pictures that we sent them for inspo of the cookies and the plates and a picture of the cupcakes we got.... it's completely wrong colors, it looks like they spray painted a layer of color across the top. They are just terrible. They were hard to look at, we threw almost all of them away. Yes there are worse things in the world, but it was just an extremely disappointed experience, after spending a ton of money to support a small business - no part of it went right.

I have loved and supported Cake Crumbs Bakery since they first opened. Unfortunately my most recent custom cake experience with them was incredibly underwhelming. With tip, this 6" cake was $80. I've seen better decorating on their grab and go cakes. This was a birthday cake for my daughter and we spent an hour at home trying to make it cute and hide the terrible piping. I am giving two stars for service because I emailed them photos of the cake expressing my disappointment and have heard nothing back. They should be embarassed to have sent this out the door.

Been going here for years. Was great when former owners ran the place. The food, their service, their attitudes have deteriorated markedly under new ownership though she, the latest owner, has owned the place for a while now. Too many times we have paid for scones, biscuits, and other pastries which tasted like they were day old; dry and tasteless. Though, I am quite sure that they were made that day. Cake Crumbs is lucky. They have no competition in the area. (Also, if one has a tree nut allergy, stay away. They make no attempt to accommodate those with nut allergies.)
