I ordered a cake online for my friend's birthday and everything was as described. I picked it up at the appointed time. The cake was tasty and looks fresh. I will order again, very satisfied.

The staff was very friendly and made a fresh cake for us in 10 mins showing what good customer service means.

I bought this cake on Thursday 7 feb from cake box after 2 ⏰ from kingsheath high street shop. . When we start cutting it , we found it stale and it was burnt from the back which they tried to cover under chocolate sprinkles and cream was smelling awful. I am going to get my refund tomorrow in the morning because no body wants to eat their smelly burnt stale cake and they ruined my husband birthday
