Best hookah joint in Chicago, hands down!!!

Very good service and atmosphere,

We loved to visit that place, hostess was always pleasant and friendly, Julia was great, it is sad, that place is closed now, we had a very cozy evenings there, service was always great, I didn’t say that is was crowded, the atmosphere with Arabic music was cool

If yall know you can't resolve conflict with words why not just stay home? Most times things could be avoided by just saying "my fault" and go back to enjoying yourself. most times you don't have to prove you're tough 24/7 we all came out to have a good time. We are from the hood if we lived this long we are all tough. What is there to prove? I've been in situations where you take the high road and apologize and the other party still wont let it go because somebodys "gotta feel it" and while it's easy to retaliate and want to hurt someone like that who wont even accept an apology i think if you point out that you're in a place with a lot of innocent people and cameras and that it's best to let it go it's possible to get them to let it go when they consider the consequences. Im not a fan of the guys that still want conflict after you humbled yourself to apologize to them but for the sake of salavaging a good night it's worth trying to reason and show the consequences and then if all else fails well you defend yourself. Matter of fact I seen dudes leave cairo nights when guys they might be beefing with show up as to not mess the spot up. This is the only late hookah lounge in Chicago and if yall mess it up its not just affecting "the opps" it's affecting you too. I just don't get why your pride is worth more than your life and freedom. Learn to let things go or just say "my fault".

Came here for the first time on 9/23/23 I feel like this has the potential to be a little better if 1) the lights were dimmed 2) the waitresses seemed a little on edge or nervous as if maybe they were overwhelmed by the crowd or the fact that the crowd was predominantly African American 3) Not all Black ppl wanna hear trap music the whole night if your on edge about the crowd maybe mix up the type of music being played and maybe get staff that can relate to that crowd a mixture of music would also weed out potential unruly individuals

I had a really disappointing time at this hookah bar. They slap a tip on your bill, regardless of group size, and it shows in the poor service. They serve you hookah like it's a privilege to spend your money there. The bathrooms? A mess. Seats are so close together you can't have a conversation, you can hear every word of the party next to you. Overpriced, terrible parking, and the hookah tasted like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Wouldn't go back for free.

I don’t recommend this place! A couple of friends and myself were there this past weekend and I must say my experience here was very unfortunate. When we arrived the waitress immediately told us the price of everything which was kind of odd. But I didn’t think much of it and then as soon as we were seated we weren’t seated a good 5 minutes before the waitress hands us the bill!!!! Are you serious?? I’ve never been to any establishment in my life and was given a bill the first 5 minor being seated! Suppose we wanted to add to our order??? I felt so insulted and humiliated and felt they were extremely racist for this! I asked her politely “ma’am did you present the other customers with they’re bill as soon as they were seated??” She says I just wanted to make sure you understand the price basically implying that we were broke! I’ll never go back here and the way they were sitting back watching us was extremely distasteful! Their customer service here SUCKS well at least to African Americans it does!! I don’t recommend this place!! Also was charged $25 per person if we byob and seen someone from another review say they were charged $10 for byob
