We used to love Cagney’s. Ever since they changed management a while back, their mediocre service has gone terribly down hill. We went in tonight and waited to be seated, and waited, and waited until we finally left after five different employees had looked at us, walked past us and never even acknowledged that we were there.

Lunch was good, and two salads were done with the requested dietary changes. The manager made sure to ask how the food and service were when we checked out.

Came from Charlotte , stopped for breakfast our server Christie was delightful and kind despite how busy it was. Place was packed for good reason, the food was delicious. Will stop any time I’m in town again!
