This place was absolutely delicious! From the smells when you first walk in, to the genuinely friendly staff, and the food - there is nothing to complain about! Edit: Caffe Connection was recently voted #1 best coffee and pastry shop in Hernando. Chris and his team always do a great job. We have not been disappointed in the food or the service in the last year.

The breakfast burrito , French toast and avocado toast are personal favorites, each dish prepared with a level of care and quality that is hard to come by and always consistent! Beyond the food, the caffe itself is a beacon of cleanliness and warmth, thanks in no small part to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. It's a place where regulars are greeted by name and new faces are welcomed with open arms. My cafe con leche was perfect. My eggs were perfect (which is normally very hard to do). It was clean and everyone was very friendly. I love this place!! I will definitely be back every time I am in town!

Great food, terrific service and nice atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable. Speak to the owner about their Asian food.

Best breakfast in Spring Hill!!!

Small place. But good for quick breakfast or lunch. With only 1 basic cook, food took a little longer than a regular breakfast restaurant. But,it was good tasting, hot, and large quantity Wheelchair accessibility: Has room for wheelchair, but a little cramped at the table.

We drove from Homosassa to check out this little Cafe and it was excellent! Grab a menu and when your ready to order walk up and place it. The chicken Benny was full of flavor and a huge portion. Excellent coffee and we even tried a cinnamon bun that was delicious. We will be back. The staff was kind and attentive.
