Caffè Nero

I love this location. It’s a great environment to spend a few hours catching up on work or just relaxing. It’s always clean and staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve tried a variety of food items including breakfast, lunch and desserts. Everything has been fresh and tasty. I’m diabetic and sometimes need to adjust the amount of sweeteners. Staff have always been patient and gotten it just right. My go to drink right now is an Iced Oatmilk Dirty Chai which Perry got me hooked on. Thanks, Perry! Dietary restrictions: There were vegan and gluten free options. Plant based options for drinks.

I only come here because Dunkin supports Israhell and gen0cide. But Can y’all PLZ teach your employees how to make coffee drinks? I’m a type 1 diabetic and I’m so sick of having medical emergencies after getting coffee here because there is no consistency to how the drinks are made. For example: put the same amount of sweetener in standard drinks. Or mix the drinks properly so that the sweetener isn’t only at the bottom of the cup. Just do something, it’s getting ridiculous

Me and my mother ordered a vegan sandwich a banana bread and a turkey sandwich yesterday on door dash 2/19/2024 and the delivery guy from door dash yesterday left my order outside on the sidewalk and didn't evening call us to let us know that he's here with our food and I had to go outside and grab my food from the outside side walk and they gave me the wrong order and today I gave them another chance we ordered food from caffe nero door dash again on 2/20/2024 and the delivery guy didn't give me my order I had to meet him out side again to get the order and then when I receive the food my sandwich was not hot and tasty at all it was cold and soggy and my bread was burnt and the coffee wasn't so tasty at all it has no flavor in it I wont be ordering from caffe nero from door dash no more no time soon

The customer service was deplorable! It was not children friendly! There was no available handicapped access! The food did not taste well. My matcha tea was watered down like cool aid! The price was too expensive for the poor quality of the food! Parking: No enough availability for handicapped people

I had a cafe latte with almond milk, and it was one of the best! The batista was skillful and efficient. I went on a Sunday morning and spent an hour reading a book. The atmosphere was friendly, not too noisy.
