Ordered extra hot latte on app. Arrived five minutes later and employee hadn’t even pulled ticket from printer even though place was empty. Then make my drink on the cooler side.

A standard Caffe Nero that's snug inside the Longwood Center building. Peaceful compared to other locations, but note that it shares a bathroom with the building lobby, which requires you to request access from the receptionist. Otherwise, it's a good place to get some work or reading done as there are outlets scattered around.
Coffee shop serving the hospital area. Wi-Fi. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Better than a waiting room if you have to wait for a patient. Parking: No parking except for nearby garages serving the hospital area.
They close well before 6:00 pm and give a rude look if we’re at the door at 5:45p trying to ask if they’re open. Some customers were clearly seated inside. I understand if we’re to go in the very last minute but this is ridiculous- can someone look into this please
