Caffè Nero

This is one of the only Cafe Neros that is open past 8p! The atmosphere is busy, but not hectic. The White Mocha and Coffee Roll were good. There was ample seating when I was there from about 7p-8p.

Plutôt réconfortant de se poser dans ce café après une longue journée de marche. Le café était bon, les viennoiseries aussi.

It was ridiculous experience. I ordered roast beef sandwich but they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked them and one of a employee whose name is Andrew talked to me aggressively that don’t grab food NOT yours. I was totally shocked. The sandwich was handed to me and I never grab food by myself since they don’t have label on it. Probably cause I’m ASIAN？LOL

I was happy I randomly stumbled upon this cafe! Delicious simple breakfast options for on the go and the coffee itself is worth a visit.

Came around 2pm on Christmas Eve before seeing the Nutcracker. Myself, my mom and my daughter waited about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged for our order (the people in front of us had already ordered and paid). The cashier was busy talking to another employee who "was off the clock and came by to drop off her secret Santa gift". The place was crowded and no wear to sit, but that was expected. Just the lack of customer service is what makes this review a 3 star. The bacon breakfast sandwich was amazing as well as the Chai latte.

I was humiliated by the Staff after I kindly asked to use the restroom. Then they insisted on me buying something first in which I replied I urgently must use the restroom first! I have health complication but they were rude! I asked one of the staff their name instead they started to use profanity! It was very distressful to no one surprise another customer decided to leave after witnessing how they treated me! Please do better! Ps! I will never come back to this chain again and will be telling my friends and family to stay Away!

I'm a real sucker for Caffe Nero, and this location is no exception. It has so much more atmosphere than other chain coffee shops with plenty of tasty food and drink options. The hot chocolate is just fantastic. Avoid Starbucks and Dunkin. Come here, spend an extra couple bucks, and just enjoy the atmosphere.
