Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Bird poop all down the front(right above the front door) pretty nasty right as you're walking in to eat. Every time we go, its never a thank you,they just stare at you.

Did an online order and after I picked up and got home I cut into it and realize it is not the right order. Had to return to store to correct order....

I showed up around 5:30pm on Wednesday, April 3rd and As soon as I walked up to order I got dirty looks from 2 girls behind the counter. I had a question about the new chicken advertised and which one it was so I could see what it looked like. I could not hear either of them since they talked so low and there was safety glass between us. I then again got a rude look and attitude. They both didn’t look to be over 16 years old and clearly don’t have any manors. Probably shouldn’t be working at a place where they have to speak to customers. Almost all the sauces had not been flipped in what looked like hours. Everything was crusted over on the top. When I got home and looked at the food for my boyfriend and I, it was so nasty I threw it away and got chipotle. (Which has never disappointed)

Staff is rude

I have been to this cafe Rio location two times in the past month and came 4 hours before they closed and both times , they have been out of everything and once I get my food I’m missing half of what I asked for and I never get a call or anything about my order to see if I would like to replace it with anything and it is very upsetting and a waste of money. I really love cafe rio but I would never recommend to come to this location. Very disappointed. Be careful ordering online especially a couple hours before they close because you will not get everything you asked for.

Felipe and Blanca were so friendly and the food was delicious, as always at this location!
