Fantastic service

Service sucks! Unfortunately, I gave Cafe Rio another shot after the last time I got a cold burrito and haven't eaten here in years. Came back to try the bowl and won't come back ever again. I ordered on the app and came on time. Waited 30 MINUTES after for my food!!! The girl at the register asked for my name 3 separate times. And they kept saying how short staffed they were but they weren't. They didn't even have a line. They had 1-2 customers in line at MOST. It's common sense to take care of my order and get it out of the way because it's supposed to be finished and then take care of new customers. There was so much miscommunication between the register girl and the line workers. Not to mention, my order had missing items and I had to go back to the register to ask for what was missing. Got home. Saw this hair or string in my bowl. And they stilllllllll didn't even get my order correct. Paid for items I never got in my bowl. Spent $30 on this horrible experience. Also, another side note, seems like management does not care. A door dash driver was complaining to the manager about the extremely long wait and bad customer service (he and the register girl had an argument) and the manager just seemed so over it. Seeing as how everything continues to go downhill at this place, SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT GO HERE!

Cafe Rio is absolute trash...I am very generous with rating such places but cafe Rio just takes the cookie..staff makes sure to go out of their way to make your life difficult, orders are never on time, customer service is definitely not their forte or something which they have any desire to work on. It's grimy inside...so please spend some time cleaning, restaurant in 3rd world have better hygiene standards and it wouldn't hurt to have your staff put gloves especially when their nails are inches long and filthy.

I ordered a burrito that was supposed to be made with chicken. It came with beef and the cilantro was not chopped at all. The flavor was okay. Will not eat there again.

The staff have the personality of tepid bath water and will rush you through your order. Horrible first experience, won't be coming back.
