My partner and I had a delightful experience at Café Mogador. The interior exuded Moroccan charm with its beautifully dressed setting, adorned with photos, vases, and greenery, plates, and sconces. We were seated in this cozy and intimate outdoor space that was insulated and shielded us from the cold winds. Appetizers featured standout falafel, crispy with a delightful crumble, paired with a satisfying tahini. The warm, fluffy pita, though not overly crisp, complemented the starters well. The shrimp, bathed in a rich, heat-infused sauce, outshined even the delightful tahini. The chicken tagine, which sat in a pool of fresh Chermoula sauce infused with hints of coriander and saffron, featured tender, falling-off-the-bone chicken. The lamb shank, equally tender, showcased the rich taste of lamb. Aromatic and fluffy basmati rice accompanied both dishes beautifully. The fries were good, and the harissa ketchup tied everything together. In summary, a warm and inviting ambiance paired with exceptional falafel, tagine, and lamb shank made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend and we will be revisiting.
Don't waste you money and time go somewhere else
