Cafe Largo

We went for dinner of Friday. The Chef’s special of Osso Bucco was beyond tender, the meat fell off the bone and literally felt like it melted in my mouth! Delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant, everything is delicious!

What a lovely place! The food was excellent - fresh and homemade. The hosts are just lovely and provide with an all around wonderful atmosphere. If you want to experience the quality of European standards come dine in here!

The food and atmosphere was incredible! This is a hidden gem that you should definitely try! The service was amazing and the Chef came out personally to greet us and ask about our meals. This is a must try place!

The place is sweet & low key but more ambience than anything around here. The food is amazing- wonderful and fresh flavors and excellent food quality. The owners are a husband /wife team and they strive to make it a great experience for you! Friendly & delicious and not too crowded or noisy! Highly recommend

You do not have to order a six course meal with paired wines to enjoy the food at Cafe Largo. Hostess Yvonne will graciously, courteously and patiently answer all your questions and help you choose specific items. All items we ordered were prepared by Chef Linus and were superb. Especially notable were the riesling soup with a subtle wine aftertaste, and the veal chop in champagne sauce!

We went to Cafe Largo for the third time on Valentine’s Day. Again, everything was perfect. Chef Linus prepared absolutely delicious grouper for the entre. He came out later and greeted everyone individually. Appetizer was a homemade terrine with morels and a celery salad. Desert was Bavarian cream and an apple “packet.” Seating is limited and the service from Yvonne, who is charming was the best. It’s a little out of the way but it remains our favorite restaurant in the Tampa Bay Area.
