Been here a few times and they seem to be constantly out of strawberry boba.

Never a disappointment. I’ve been many times and although the wait can be a little longer than expected, it does not detract from that delicious waffle and ice cream combo. I can’t wait to get my next order

This place was absolutely amazing. I was wanting something sweet after having some spicy and salty Korean BBQ. The waffle was oh so tasty and the ice cream was oddly sticky but really good. We got milk tea with boba and green tea with popping boba. Some reviews I read before going showed the boba wasn't good, but it was so soft and so tasty. Don't pass this place up!
