Rude staff Made me have a operation get my appendix out Bad service

A very nice restaurant with limited but very thoughtful dishes. Tried Samosa chat which was not mentioned in menu. Samosa Patti or skin was a bit hard and they use too much tamarind sauce on top but overall it was a fine experience.

Disappointed with the nachos. 4 pieces of jalapeño on top and a sprinkle if cheese vegetable samosa chatt was also not nice. Stale samosa no sauce and flavourless.

Went out for a quick lunch. Samosa Chaat was very nice and samosa were soft and tasty. Very good portions for the price. I was recommended chicken tikkah wrap which was surprisingly very nice.

Food is good and service is excellent. the young lad working behind counter is polite and professional. There is now a new lady working behind counter too, was very friendly and professional. Each time I come the food is always above expectations.

Loved the Chicken Stir Fried with rice and the Chocolate Fudge Cake Staff is really humble

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff and management went there for lunch and there is a massive defect on their chairs that tears in to your clothing. Complained that your chair has ripped through my new jacket and this cost me £200 but all they could offer me as compensation is a sorry and can’t do anything else as managers said he couldn’t get permission from the owner Asif. How can you keep fancy furniture to seat your customers that rips through their cloths. Will suggest not to ever pay them a visit as you’ll get a good and proper service by IK collection. If they can’t pay damages to a certain extent on faulty furniture in their cafe they shouldn’t buy it in the first place or keep up with the up keep of it. If you have half decent cloths or things you wear, please don’t use the cafe/ seating area as any damage from the chairs isn’t there fault all your because you’ve decided to come to such a poor service restaurant/ cafe.
