Cafe Indus

In my opinion, Cafe Indus is the best curry house in Sheffield. Omar and his team's service is second to none. Fantastic options for veggies and vegans, I highly recommend the Palak Paneer. Oh, and their Curry Club is well worth experiencing!

I've passed this place so many times and always fancied trying it. Finally got chance to visit tonight and I'm glad we did. Nice cosy restaurant. The curries were really nice and the portion sizes were decent. We were nicely full when we'd finished. If you like Indian food this place is definitely worth a try. Parking: There is free parking after 6.30 Before then some is residents only or you have to pay at the machine.

Food is fabulous here. Authentic Punjabi / Pakistani cuisine. Curries are quality. Monday night curry club is great value. Well worth a visit.

Took 2hrs to arrive and when it did it was cold. No apology despite calling them 3 times, I was always told the driver had just left.

When they're good they're great, but our recent order was over half an hour late, lukewarm and not as tasty as usual. Rang up to see what was taking so long, first staff member didn't know what was going on and second was pretty rude and dismissive.

Reliably great takeaway, our favourite Indian by a mile - excellent vegan selection too

We ordered a takeout from here on a recommendation. I can see why. It was absolutely delicious! Furthermore we left a note for the chefs to make one of the curries extra mild for a family member who had had throat surgery - they followed to the letter and my dad enjoyed his first curry since being I’ll, said it was delicious and mild enough.
