I cannot share details about the food because I decided I didn’t want to eat there. Didn’t seem clean to me. The table was sticky, and I didn’t see anyone for 5-8 minutes around to ask anything. It was lunch time.. Almost empty, they weren’t busy but still nobody cared about the new customers. So I left.
The food was alright, and a bit too expensive for breakfast style
The last time I visited this restaurant, hair was found in the meal. Never going back to Cafe Brazil.
Edit 4-6-24, 11:15 p.m. Okay I don't understand why your night time staff doesn't work as a team. You have 3 people behind the bar talking, drinking some kind of ice cream looking thing and two customers walked in. The elder lady was busy in the back room. Those customers stood there about 4 minutes. The 3 people behind the bar looked at the customers. They did not acknowledge them, didn't speak to them, didn't offer to help them and didn't make an effort to get the elder lady so she could help them. After each of the three wait staff made eye contact with potential customers, and did nothing, they left. And I don't blame them. Hire people that want to work and will help out when and where needed. This is terrible customer service. ----- 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐Service and food quality has improved greatly since last time I was here. Management is much better now, staff is friendlier and food comes out more timely. Pancrepes were delicious and coffee hot and fresh. Say hello to Violet! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Just ask and they will accommodate. Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and tables for wheelchairs.
Bathroom smelled like there was backed up sewage or ac. Someone in the kitchen was coughing and my table had what looked like jelly on it. Server was good.
After being seated, waited 10 minutes for waiter who never showed so I left.
