Cafe Brazil - Deep Ellum

Second visit here. First visit was excellent. Had the chorizo empanada breakfast, food came fast, service was good. The second visit, not so great. Server was completely overwhelmed, and the older lady did nothing to help him. She finally helped seat us after we stood there for some time. She should at least help bus and seat customers instead of just standing there. The food was worse as well. Tried the fruit pancrepe, fruit parfait, and mango banana smoothie. The pancrepe did not taste good - better off as a regular Crepe. Coffee at coffee bar was cold.

Location needs to clean tables better a menu better. Food is good bit menu and tables were sticky.

food is good but service is bad and they are never open when the signs says they are open. super confusing and frustrating ?

As a Dj, I'm the last out of the club sometimes, I'm so glad these good folks exist. A Deep Ellum staple, we love y'all

D'lish! Highly recommend banana bread French toast with berries! Bottomless coffee, too.
