Café No Sé

If I could give the service 10 stars I would! Hari was fantastic! Gave us very good recommendations and incredible service! Highly recommend this place!

My server Hari recommended the special dish Kimchi Chicken sandwich and even when I’m not an adventurous eater he convinced me and I’m so happy he did so! It was delicious! This place is right in the heart of SoCo and I loved the atmosphere and the vibe but the food was something else! Please don’t miss out on this place and listen to Hari, he recommends really good plates!

Emily makes the best matcha in town! I can always rely on this cafe for their world-class service and fantastic drinks. Great job!

I went in for a sandwich and paid cash, $21 for a sandwich, the waitress walked away with the $40 i handed her and never came back. I asked the other waiter for change and he said she would be back. After about 5 minutes the waitress came back and completely ignored me. Finally the food came, and the waitress walked off again without giving me any change or responding to my request. That is one way to get a tip, but i will not be going back to this place. I have never experienced such a bizarre theft by a business in my life

The food was pretty but bland and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. A brief walk away will find you a much better experience than Cafe No Go.

Food was good but lacking a few minor details to make it exceptional. It was difficult to understand our waiter. The atmosphere was very nice, but the manager was unfriendly and curt at best. I think there are better options nearby

My fiancée has a severe tree nut allergy, and she ended up having a severe reaction from a cashew paste that was NOT listed on the menu. A failure at many points in the service. 1) server did not ask for allergies. 2) menu did not list a comprehensive list of ingredients. 3) the food runner did not reiterate the food order while placing the soup down at the table. This is frankly unacceptable in the food service world. The manager and server comp ed the meal but the experience was completely unprofessional.

Found this place on tiktok and decided to visit while in Austin, sad to say we were pretty disappointed. The place is beautiful, however, the service was average at best. My biggest complain would have to be the food portions/prices. Although the french toast was delicious, $18 for two pieces of bread is ridiculous. I understand that it is in a very busy area, but the portion is medium with no sides? Don't think we'll be returning as you can get a more filling meal for less basically anywhere in this area.
