We went here on a whim from breakfast and boy we liked the place! Cafe Joy is run by a loving couple. We ordered their Veggie Omelette and Saffron Tea. The omelette was made with fresh eggs that they beat in front of us - unlike the readymade eggs that we get everywhere. It was wonderful and loaded with veggies. The Saffron Tea was good too and had a nice touch of cardamom. Will definitely be back for their sandwiches.
I just had a lunching while black experience at Cafe Joy. I was with my uncle. I am 54 and he is 67. One of the workers said he made her uncomfortable and had us removed from the premises by a police officer. I suppose eating a tuna sandwich and talking quietly is intimidating to some. What a horrid and unnecessary waste of a meal on a Friday.
I recently visited Cafe Joy and had a delightful experience. The coffee quality was exceptional, with a rich aroma and a perfectly balanced flavor. Their food menu impressed me with its variety, and the avocado toast I ordered was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Portion sizes were generous, and I felt satisfied without being overly stuffed. The attention to detail in both coffee and food made the overall dining experience enjoyable. The standout feature, however, was the outstanding customer service. The staff at Cafe Joy were friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate any requests. They displayed a genuine enthusiasm for their menu, providing helpful recommendations. Overall, Cafe Joy is a hidden gem with top-notch coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a place where quality and customer satisfaction are evident in every cup and bite. I'll definitely be returning for another delightful experience.
Got a burrito.. Tiny for the cost.. not worth it.. more tortilla than filling.. Would not go back again..
Wish I didn’t even have to give them a single star. Couldn’t taste a single note in the coffee because it was insanely over heated and over extracted. Food mirrored that of a gas station for 5x the price.
I wanted to like this cafe but witnessed the owner call the cops on a black man that was literally just eating his food and having a conversation. Weirdest experience ever. Don’t come here. Avoid giving your money for a mediocre meal and encouraging racist behavior.
Good americano (tastes like Illy) but the baklava is overpriced
