Terrible customer sevice. I was there on valentine day, to go get desert after dinner in another restaurant. we got there, hostess told us there was a 45 minutes wait for a table, (and there was plenty of tables empty), so we decided to get some cake "to go", after waiting 30 minutes in line where you have to pay at the cash register, where only the busy bartender can take you to go order. I dared asked the lady that cut and packed the cake i just wanted to order deserts, and was told very rudly to wait on the line. When I finnaly got to the bartender after waiting for 30 minutes for people to order drinks, same rude comments from the bartender telling me to wait until she is not busy attending her costumers ( where she gets tip from)... however cake was not even good, dry and way too sweet, and 2very small portion of cake with a tiny portion of unsweetened whipped cream for $23... we then tried to sit of one of the many empty table, but then was rudely asked to leave as we were no allowed to sit our own to eat out deserts... very bad experience, very poor and rude customer service, understaffed and badly managed. Will never return to this place again.
Love their cakes but the slices are getting smaller and smaller. This size is definitely not worth $12 a slice.& FYI - I was a regular.
Nice place. The Belgian waffle is had was underwhelming.
Love the coffee & sweets, and ambiance can't be beat. Will never stop coming here!
Cute place for dessert, coffee date or even date place for drinks. It’s open late!
I used to love this place! I would often take clients and friends here for a brunch or dinner. That said, post Covid, they have severely cut their hours back, slimmed down their menus, and refuse to accept cash! In turn, I refuse to do business with any organization that refuses the Legal Tender of U.S. Currency!
