Busy night for a weekday. Good music. A little loud if you're trying to have a conversation. Looks like there were work events going on. Great service. Good food. Great spot by the waterfront. Perfect for visitors.

It's a nice place with an even better atmosphere. The hamburgers are more than delicious, and the service is outstanding!

Wonderful place to hangout !! The view and food is amazing, but the staff there gets an attitude if you don’t tip them lol, so beware !!

This location is absolutely beautiful but the service & food quality is way worse than any other Cactus Club. I ordered the tuna poke bowl for my lunch because I wanted to have something soft due to a lot of orthodontic work I had done two days prior. I ended up getting a small rock or something just as hard in my food which was painful to bite on. I tried to flag my server for over 10 minutes. When she finally came she first said “do you want the bills separate or together” (I was actually hoping to get a coffee & dessert). I told her there was a small rock or maybe a piece of porcelain in my food from chipped dishes because I noticed even the bowl I was eating from had a couple chips she just responded “Okay. Do you want the bills separate or together.” She took my daughter’s pop off the bill without saying anything about it. I’ve had this dish before at other locations but this time it also ended up badly upsetting my stomach. Cactus club should stop using broken dishes. It looks low end & poor quality but that’s exactly what I got there. I definitely won’t be going back!!

My biggest mistake of the day was for me to come here at this location. As a regular Cactus goer it's better off going to your local location. Unwelcoming host at the front desk. When ask to be seated near the glass view. Another host told me it was sitting for 5 only and will be expecting 5 to be seated there some time soon. She lied to me!! Where later on another couple sat there where we could have been. What's a shame. I was disappointed with having beans in Blacken Creole Chicken. I am accustom to having asparagus with all the other location for so many years. Nothing was done to accommodate my dislike. Chicken was dry, it wasn't about that. Didnt want to stay any longer and wanted to leave soon as possible. Never coming back to this location again. Even if they offered me a deal. The experience failed me.

Great place, loved the food and atmosphere. Our server Jordon was the best, just lovely
