I love having a selection of Cache Cider varieties in my refrigerator. Some sweet, some dry, and some a complex flavor, but all are very refreshing. I picked up 12 bottles, all different, to select from. I had brought 24 bottles to my family reunion this spring everyone loved them. I brought back the empties to Ethan. Not required, but I know its an expense for this great growing company. Follow on FB for events and hours. Also google maps lists the hours and gives great directions.
We went here with a group of 9 people many of whom are gluten free. Cache cider was great, all tastings were GF and quite good. I had not been to a cider tasting before and it was also informative. It is located on the second floor of a building rather than a stand alone. I would go back if ever in Milwaukee.
We had a really nice time here - Ethan really made in an experience and I learned so much about apple varieties and the process of making cider. Very cool and really a unique space.
Came here on a Friday at 6pm and it was locked even though there was an open sign. I called and they just gave me an overview of the hours.
A delicious, respite. Thank you!
Yummy and unique ciders! The owner (Ethan) is so knowledgeable of all things Apple! Would recommend 100%
Single variety ciders, such as redfield and golden russet apple ciders. Very tasty
