Stopped in for the first time yesterday. Looking for a good option for food after my class got out and I was happy to find them. I got the southwest bowl, it was so big I took more than half home. The ingredients are fresh and tasted great! I can't wait to go back and make this my weekly Friday stop. Dietary restrictions: I can not eat dairy or gluten. All their options are DF and GF

Outstanding, healthy lunch that was a great surprise in downtown Royal Oak!

Salads are excellent: a good sized salad, fresh ingredients, good mix of vegetables. In short, a salad you actually want to eat. Soups are good too – I almost always try a soup of the day.

Ok... stop what you're doing and go get yourself some OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD chocolate avocado pudding from CTC. It is the most refreshing dessert, that has all the healthy fats, but is equally creamy and dreamy. I was able to try a sampling while talking to Erin, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even make their own almond milk!! I sampled the pudding from their tent at the USA Wine and Food Fest so I haven't visited the storefront just yet but it is a cozy and quiet cafe tucked into Royal Oak and their menu offers many healthy options including salads, sandwiches/wraps, and smoothies! I will update my review soon once I check it out!

I love their general tso wraps and I expressed that I was with child and they made them extra bulky for me. Thank you so much keep up the deliciousness <3

If you haven’t been here….go! The ambrosia smoothie is delicious. The general Tao salad and wrap are to die for.

So friendly and accommadating

some of the highest quality food you will find in the metro.. UPDATE: the food is really good (for you). Most dessert items pretty dank . Still kinda pricey but justified when you have a job or three..thank yourself later. Great place to treat yourself or get inspired if you cant afford to eat out all the time. Theres plenty of raw options, but nothing for breatharians. Staff is very kawaii & hardworking. Clean establishment that i can trust to make my food. They are focused on the food and not trendy minimalist interior design

Such an awesome place. Wonderful people and reasonable prices for amazing organic raw food. The best raw vegan treats, soups, and salads.
