Fun atmosphere, kind staff.
great service awesome food
Second visit was a charm. I tried to visit for a late afternoon meal on a Saturday and the line was almost out the door. I went back today, a Wednesday, at 11am. The line was long, but not as long as on Saturday, and it moved along pretty quick. I got a grilled chicken burrito on buttermilk flour. I added guacamole and sour cream and some other stuff. The total was $16. Plenty of seating. Napkins, utensils, and hot sauces were at a station. I wasn’t wowed by the limited flavors of sauces. I would have liked to have seen some options of Tapatio and Cholula. The burrito was pretty darn good. Nothing mind-blowing, but it was a solid, satisfying burrito.
Better than Chipotle! Our main stop when it comes to burritos and tacos.
Cabo Bob's is the preeminent Austin taco & burrito destination! I had the #6 Brisket Burrito on a fresh Ancho Chili tortilla, filled with delectable freshly cooked Baja beans, fresh guac, fresh veggies, and a healthy sumptuous portion of shredded brisket. Six napkins later, I was sitting back happy as a milk fed puppy.
Food was fresh and tasty! Efficient service and clean restaurant.
