Absolutely worst customer service than any bakery we've purchased from. Bought a 69 dollar fruit salad cake for my wife's Mom tonight as three weeks back we brought same cake for her brother as we loved the strawberrys on top. One problem Mom's cake had zero strawberry on top and when my wife mentioned to manager she was rude condescending and arrogant and my wife left utterly upset and frustrated as they wanted us to pay extra for the strawberry which came with the same cake we purchased a few weeks back. Such a small matter but such a terrible manager who now has made us have bad feelings about this store and franchise. I will post pics of both cakes so u can see it was their mistake as they should have just added the strawberry as that's how we bought it the first time. So petty and disgusting for a high end cake store and for close to seventy bucks we expected better from them. Zero stars for rude abusive managers and for being cheap and not respecting repeat customers. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!

The tres leches cake is the best so delicious. Lattes are good too. This place is always packed. I was a bit annoyed because as soon as I entered, I was asked to one line but then they asked me to go to the custom request line which made no sense. I waited over 15 mins before a kind worker named Umar helped me. This kid was super nice, understanding, and made sure to assist me in a timely manner. He even helped me take my 6 coffees out to the door. Literally the sweetest and hardest worker I saw there. Thank you Umar you deserve a raise or promotion they are lucky to have you.

Never a problem. My family loves the lobster claws & cheesecakes. Have been to Manhasset location once too and no issues. They also are open until I think 8 or later which very few bakeries are. 5/5
