We had such a great meal here. I highly recommend the tasting menu, we got to enjoy all the menu highlights and it was at more food than we could have consumed. Special shoutout to the pancake!

Party of 6. We only asked for one appetizer but the server brought out 2 because she said she didn't think one was enough for the table. We thought she was being nice. Same with some add ons. Some party members only asked for one side egg and each were brought two. Another idea of what we thought was just a nice gesture. Its not a huge deal, but as a server you should let the party know if you are going to charge for the extra items you (the server) assumes the party needs. The total didn't matter at the end but its really off putting to upcharge without asking the party.

Very trendy vibe at Butcher and Bee! The server was extensive knowledgeable and helpful. The food.. so interestingly tasty. Our group shared several dishes and all enjoyed the smorgasbord. The perfectly seasoned Brussels sprouts and the creamy sweet but salty feta dip were among the favorites. The steak was tender, silky, and cooked at a perfect temperature. I seriously could go on and on. This place is a fun stop on your Nashville trip and a must.

Best whipped feta in Nashville and beyond. Everything else I've eaten there is excellent as well, from the sweet potato gnocchi to the avocado crispy rice to the mushroom toast to the Ecuadorian mousse cake.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here. We opted for the Chef's Choice - they were quick to note the preferred dishes for both of us and accommodate both of us. We ended up getting the whipped feta, hummus for dips (I don't even like feta and loved the freshness of the whipped feta). We got the bacon wrapped dates and braised fennel for the mezze. I enjoyed the dates, the fennel was not our favorite though (probably not the restaurants fault). We also received the avocado crispy rice and by this point we were stuffed. I am not a fan of avocado but greatly enjoyed this dish even though we couldn't finish it. For mains we had the steak and scallops. The steak wasn't amazing, but the dish itself was. Not a fan of scallops, but heard they were excellent as well. Finally, we had the chocolate malabi for dessert and we were blown away by the flavor. Being so full, we still finished it. Overall, excellent experience - it ended up taking us around 2 - 2.5 hours for everything, and it was absolutely worth it.

What a gem! The dishes are full of surprising flavor combinations but very harmonious. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the unique chef’s approach to every dish. We tried the staple smoked feta cheese, curried meatballs, scallops and crispy rice kale salad. Delightful!

We have been twice now, but probably won't go back. In our experiences the dishes have been hit or miss. Last night we very much enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. The whipped feta was a nice little starter, but I've had better. The gnocchi was disappointing as it was quite salty and the portion was rather small. Also did not love the steak tartare because it was a small portion and not minced small enough. Overall, I feel like the food did not meet expectations in terms of quality and preparation. Atmosphere is ok- has a vintage, thrift kind of vibe. I think there are superior Mediterranean restaurants here in Nashville.
