Roll was bland. JFC was just nuggets. Bowl was whatever. Didn't try noodles

Got the Pork Chashu Bun and it was fire! The bun itself I could have ate alone. The pork was so tasty so it went well together.

We tried their Chef's Special (not pictured) and their Soul Black with a seasoned egg. -Both were pretty good but the Chef's Special was by far the best. The Soul Black is good, but could use some more black garlic oil. Be sure to ask for a side of their chili paste to add to your ramen, especially if you order the Soul Black which is not spicy at all. -The service was extremely poor! Even while sitting down at the counter, in a clear view of the staff, no one told us our order was ready or tried to flag us down. After waiting for a long time, I went to ask the cashier for our order, which had been sitting at the opposite end of the counter getting cold! -The counters are dirty, so be sure to take some wipes or extra napkins to clean the counter where you will be eating.

My go to ramen is santouka at the mitsuwa grocery store but that's 32 miles from my house. This place is good in a pinch. I think it's a bit crazy you only get one piece of pork. My advice, you need the egg AND extra pork otherwise you'll be disappointed. Edited to say "extra pork" will get you one measley slice which I think is pathetic. I'd rather pay more for a reasonable amount than three orders of extra pork

Easy to order and reassemble their handrolls. This keeps the nori always crunchy. Friendly service.

We went to Bushi by Jinya in Rancho Cucamonga [we live in Corona.] We ordered 3 to go Bushi Soul Black and when we went home they forgot to add meat in our ramen.

We tried the hand rolls and they are sooooooo good! We will be back for the second time today!

I got the spicy chicken noodles and it was so good. I asked for mild spice. It was the right amount of spice, if someone doesnt want too much. I added spicy sauce and no matter how much I added, it still tasted perfect. When I got it the temperature was perfect too i could start eating straight away. I dined in, the atmosphere is welcoming.

I loved the ramen here!
