Food not bad, but felt more like I was eating a tortilla than a burrito…could be filled more

Went here with my best friend loved it Took my fiancé here she loved it too. It’s great place to have good homemade style burritos.

One my favorite breakfast burritos in Santa Clarita.. And the hard shell tacos are BY FAR the best hard shell tacos in SCV

Confirmed that they use microwave ovens to reheat as the cashier literally warmed my order in front of me without a 2nd thought. 2 stars because it was edible and not rancid. First and last time I'll be patronizing burrito factory.

My burrito was good. The only thing I can highly suggest is cleaning!!

The food is amazing! My mom, who lives 2 1/2 hours away always wants to get some of their food when she comes to visit. Their rice, beans & salsa is some of the best I’ve EVER had and my family has tried too many to count. I’ve lived all over Southern California throughout my life and Burrito Factory is a gem. The only negative is if you have a large order, they will (possibly) turn you down. I tried ordering 3 days ahead to get rice, beans & salsa for my family gathering and they said they already have another large order so they won’t be able to accommodate the order of rice & beans. :( Also, if you go through their drive-through, just a word of caution, they can sometimes be a little slow but that doesn’t bother me because I know they’re cooking everything fresh.

Holy moly, we had no idea the burritos we so huge!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Great service also. Great salsa ang horchata as well!!!
