Burns Original BBQ

I had a horrible experience at this place! I paid cash for my food, then I added something else, paid for that & when I asked about my change, the cashier said I didn’t give her the money! They called the manager & finally, they gave me my change, but didn’t give me any food & again, said I didn’t pay for it! It was embarrassing, because people had began coming in, customers looking at me like I’m wrong! Finally, I gave them the change back & walked out! For a $20.56 meal, I was out of $40 & still didn’t get any food!

Customer service is zero over one million, how can u wait for an hour, and when u go ask about your order, dis foolish waiter that looks like a guy was saying order not yet ready, and even the police officer was telling her that dis man has been waiting for a long time, and he is just surprised why is own order is being delayed. The owner needs to flush out dis useless girl that works in dis business.. Never ever going to dis place in my life time again.

I came on 1/30/24 around 4:40 p.m. I purchased a 2 meat potato with chopped beef and ribs ticket # 2025 and a 3 meat potato with chopped beef, ribs and sausage and a additional 2 meat tray with ribs and sausage ticket # 2026. I paid $18 for 2 meat and the second ticket $35.70. If I tell you I checked our food before I left. It looked immaculate n tasty. Got home to eat it and if I tell you. The 2 ribs in each order were dry like it had been there all day. The potatoes were filled up with meat and looking pretty. But when we started to eat them there was alot of dried stringy beef all through it that could not be chewed. I'm a cook and this was not acceptable. Who was gone turn around after youve checked your food and it looked good. I live in Tomball. I was like ok I'm giving them another try. The last order I had was the same way. Giving our people first choice. Couldn't take any photos because we had mixed everything up already and when you started eating you were pulling out strings of hard meat. Those were ends and hard ends that cones from the part that was over cooked or left over. That messed up the whole meal. The meat had to have been there early that morning. I think this will be my last time with this establishment. Too much money to waste. But sometimes we do things for convenience. One convenience I wont do again. Nothing like when Mom and Pops were there.
