I just moved to the neighborhood three weeks ago and wanted sushi I should’ve read the reviews. Tempura which is by nature crunchy tasted super old definitely was not made fresh today. the cream cheese roll was warm and after one bite I chose not to eat it. I hope I don’t get sick. Very disappointing for 30 plus dollars and I gave a tip. To make matters worse their card reader wasn’t working properly and they ran it three times!
I must've ordered at a bad time because the sushi was stale and mushy. It tasted like sushi from Kroger that has been sitting for a little too long, and it looked like it too. I ordered the Tempura roll(cooked) which looked good but the tempura was just breading and mushy. I also ordered another roll that I believe was not the right one. It didn't have any of the ingredients that were listed.
I hate to leave a bad review but this place was just plain disappointing. The sushi was just boring by design, the interior decor of this place is completely absent, and the tuna rolls I got honestly tasted pretty rank. To the point I couldn’t finish my sushi and had to throw the rest away. Sushi here in general just doesn’t taste fresh. This morning I’ve been having stomach issues too. These may be unrelated but I definitely won’t be coming back again.
Love the place it's so relaxing. The service is great and the workers are so nice and polite! I definitely recommend this place to all! I always go there with my girlfriend! The price is just right too!
My boyfriend and I REGULARLY make the 40+ minute drive to get here! The unique delicious taste and the welcoming staff are what keep us coming back.
Great sushi for a great deal, I will be back again. Vegetarian options: Vegetable sushi platter is reasonably priced for all the food you get Parking: In a shopping center so parking spots galore Kid-friendliness: Seemed family friendly and welcoming when I went Wheelchair accessibility: No obstacles out of the ordinary, nowhere high-up to get to
Best sushi I’ve had since moving to Virginia.
