Burial Beer Co. South Slope Taproom

I heard a lot about Burial and I finally got to visit for lunch recently. I had their buffalo chicken sandwich with fries on the side. What I really loved about the food was the portions were just perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my Burger and my fries were perfectly seasoned. I will come back here for the fries and the amazing outside seating area.

Some of the best IPAs we've ever sampled. Super funky spot with cool local murals and art about the rooms. Pricing is great too. They have a van they converted into seating which is awesome.

Best brewery in Asheville. Make sure to bring a sticker for the van.

Good beer, but I'm disappointed in them this time. Bought a $21 bottle of beer and wind blew it off the counter. Asked if there was a way to get another one as it wasn't my fault. They said no. Thankfully, it didn't break, and only 1/4 came out. Told me it's my responsibility to take care of it. Even other bartender said they'd replace it if it were them. That people in Asheville are usually understanding and cool. They were very shocked they didn't replace it and even said that was a pretty douche move. Get if I was wasted and dropped it or something, but I wasn't in any way. Even asked if there was any way to just recap it so I could travel with it, and they said they couldn't. Beer is 5 stars, the service, IMO, is not.
