Burgerology Astoria

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were surprised to find fried hair in our fries and burger. It was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Delicious burger im in love with the fries too. Soooo good. Very chill atmosphere. Chicken and waffles. Really tasty

We went during the night for dinner and drinks, the host gave us a table, after 15 min no server came to our table… all the servers we saw were busy. No even a glass of water no service at all. We left after we noticed no one gonna take our order.

I used to love this place and getting the mac burger and loved the mac and cheese here but they changed the recipe and use shell noodles for the mac and cheese and the sauce is so much worse now.

Really love this location! The burgers are always so yummy & exactly what crave when I think of burgers & fries. Definitely recommend

Not what it used to be. Went with a 7 person group and service aside from the waitress was disappointing. Had to ask for napkins, plates, and water multiple times from multiple people as it was not brought out with the orders/upon seating and it seemed obvious that our requests were forgotten. Only one waitress allocated to the 2nd floor that night and it was clear that they are short staffed, as there were other large groups seated. Menu has been updated to cut down on the items (RIP Edison burger). Burgers were overcooked (asked for medium, got well done) and a table mate got the string beans for a $3 surcharge. Don't bother with the string beans as they're from a can and looked like they were heated in a microwave. Drinks are good but too sweet for my liking
