BurgerFi

Placed an order over the phone and the girl taking my order was very nice. My burger was literally burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible. I paid 12 dollars for a hockey puck. I genuinely cannot believe the person who cooked it was okay with serving that to me.

Our family went here on Sunday at the big shanty festival and was met with unfriendly atmosphere by all staff including manager. They had bathrooms blocked off to everyone ( even though in working condition. Ordering staff were presenting an attitude of wish we were not there. We ate inside but were given our food in Togo bags with out a choice of eating inside. On lady with her small child ask manager for her child to use the restroom and they refused and the lady told her little girl to sneak under neath the chairs stacked up to us the restroom. Manager crossing his arms was stating no customers able to use their restrooms.

Burger tasted fine but was thrown together, presentation was terrible. Fries and onion rings were good. Wanted sweet tea, there wasn't any, so let them know. 15mins later it was made and not sweetened. Closed off bathrooms not open to paying customers. I had 2 little kids with me so inconvenient. It could've been crappy service because of the festival but I won't spend money on the potential of having that experience again.

Nice seating options inside and out with really good food.

I love the hand cut fries. Perfectly salted w/ the BurgerFi sauce. The ultimate bacon cheeseburger is my go to, the burger buns they use are the best. They do not skip on the bacon!

Ricas hamburguesas y papas fritas. El lugar está muy limpio. Es un poco caro pero vale la pena pagar un poco más.

We have ordered via Uber Eats a couple times now, and the first time was pretty good. They missed a couple of mods, but tasted great. This time, however, the burger patties were clearly old and EXTREMELY dry. One of them had bone fragments or some other inedible hard stuff. Really gross and disappointing. Fries were soggy and cold.

Okay, whoever was working tonight to make our food, 10 out of 10 delicious. Everything was made perfect and the veg. burger was crispy and goooooood.
