National Burger and beer day promo! Except, zero employees are old enough to serve beer. Probably why I hadn't been here in 4 years!!!!!! And will be the last. Nice promo Burberfi, but you suck at it.
Staff was great! Burgers were good! No one old enough there to pour us a beer. We'll be back again.
I got the new prime rib burger. I expected it to be a little bigger for the price. The prime rib was very tough and chewy, not tender. The guy at the counter did not seem friendly. Definitely not worth the price for the product
I used door dash to order from here and everything i ordered is absolutely amazing. The burgers are juicy and tender and the fries were perfect with the chili chese an bacon
I ordered the CEO (Premium Wagyu Blend, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Garlic Aioli, & Aged Swiss Cheese). I added lettuce and grilled onions. What I got was the CEO minus BOTH aiolis, the slightest smear of the bacon jam, and none of my add-ons. What a disappointment. Sadly, this was a take out order for a family lunch so I didn’t have the opportunity to get it corrected. Maybe they’ll read my review and take action…
Great burgers, nice selection of tasty options. Definitely get a Double of any of the burgers (standard) as the patties are a little on the thin side. Fries were so so, mostly soft and squishy but natural full skin. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access ability, wide open layout and flat.
This place has a ton of potential. The menu “looks” wonderful. Unfortunately, the execution by the young, inexperienced employees is sub-par. We spent $70 for my wife and I and our three kids. My wife and I each got the CEO Burger and our kids got kids burgers. The food was all lukewarm. The fries were soggy and cooked poorly. The wagyu burgers weren’t juicy or tender at all. Bagger Dave’s, Red Robin, pretty much any burger joint in town eclipses the meal we just had for less money.
Our food was 45 minutes late. We called and were told they would make fresh fries. They did not. Very disappointing
