The staff is happy and helpful with your order. When the food came out it looked and tasted wonderful. The store was very clean and organized. No disappointments were found. I go every week for lunch. Wheelchair accessibility: Built your accessibility is right out the front door.

Sagine was just precious. So patient and kind. She helped me figure out my order and was very on top of keeping the dining room tidy. The whole staff seemed happy to be at work kudos management and thank you!!!

I ate there last week and I forgot to give a review when I should’ve written one right away to warn other possible customers. The fries were extremely soggy, and the burger meat did not taste like beef at ALL. The workers weren’t friendly and every time I got there the restaurant is empty. The service they provide is not good and the atmosphere of the place is not inviting. They should shut down and build a Shake Shack there instead.

If I could give more than 5⭐️ I would! The staff honestly is awesome. Super friendly, greeted us and everyone that walked in, offered to bring out extra pickles for my son, and even came over to tell me how cute my boy was bc he was playing and joking with the back of house chefs :) We left our table to use the restroom quickly and when we came back, they surprised my son with a little ice cream sundae!!!! He flipped out! Soooo sweet!!! We went to a diff location the other day, and it was completely different I won’t ever go to another location!! Great experience and obviously great food!

Mandy was great!! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile as she was dropping off food to another customer. She then took my order quickly and was very efficient and friendly. I’m definitely coming back and I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks BurgerFi!!
