Bland, dry, tasteless, and pricey.

The quality of the burger was not good at all. I asked everyone in my party and we all had the same opinion. I do not recommend and would not go back.

No matter how much you tell them to make the fries, fresh and crispy. Their fries are always soggy and nasty burgers are good.

Went for the first time last night, 1/30. Service was great but I was expecting more for the cost. Family of 4 was a little over $72; we had 4 burgers and 2 regular fries. The Cajun fries were really good, my husband had the CEO and I had the BBQ burger. The condiments on the burger were good but the burger was bland. Be warned, 1 patty is like having a happy meal sized burger with great condiments.

Chillie cheese fries were good payed 40$ for 2 burgers that MIGHT fill up a toddler, even though my total was 40$ they don’t accept 50s or 100s like 20$ can’t be just as fake. Cashier didn’t know what she was doing and there was a lady in the back screaming things to her. Won’t be back here

How can you name yourself Burgerfi when the minute a customer walks in You say there's no burgers today because you are out of burger patty.

Love it better than in and out burger but also pretty natural and clean ish fries are better than any other place
