Overpriced, sub-par, McDonald’s literally blows this place away by a long shot. The fries are awful, dry, barely salted AND EXPENSIVE. The burger was dry. Everything about it was just awful. No ketchup, no mustard, I don’t even think that’s an option? How do you call yourself a burger joint and nix the most important ingredients in a burger? I’m still in awe I paid $16 for a burger and fries. Never again.
CEO Burger was horrible. Smell like dog food and they put mayo. The original recipe is no longer available. Burger taste fake.
Can’t say enough about this location! Owner Scott and his staff kept the restaurant open so we could bring our team in only minutes before closing to celebrate a huge win! Thank you Scott and staff! Everything was great and you couldn’t be any more accommodating! They really care about our community! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great family oriented business!
Definitely a place to eat in do not take home. Food gets soggy and it's just not great when you take it out. Otherwise it's not bad.
First of all I want to thank to the guy on front, polite and nice!!! Second - burgers not amazing, better than Burger King or other fast food, but could be better…
Cheese on top of everything ketchup pack grabbed with their hands on my fries
Love this location. However taking red velvet shakes off the menu cost you a star. That was a staple since the first location. Bad move.
My first time at BurgerFi. We had heard good things about the chain restaurant. My wife and I ordered two hamburgers with fries and soda. The burgers were unremarkable. They were okay, but nothing interesting. No better than Wendy's, but more expensive. Tasted like Wendy's (which is not like Burger King or McDs). The fries were pretty bad. Greasy and shriveled. With so many restaurants in the area, I have no need of this mediocrity. For $5 more, we could have gone to our local gourmet burger place.
I ordered 2 sandwiches for takeout. They shorted me one and the other had very burnt bacon. I was at home by the time I noticed and couldn't go back.
