Pretty good burger joint. They loaded the turkey for my wife's salad. I appreciate that.

Great food

Burger Town is near my office. The menu has a nice variety to choose from. My only complaint is the drive-thru. If someone has a large order or an order that takes more than 5 mins. They should have the customer move to a parking spot to wait for their order and continue serving the other drive-thru customers. Most of the time the wait isn’t so bad, but it has happened several times when I have had to wait beyond 10-15 mins and if there is another customer in front of me in the drive-thru I have sometimes been idling for half hour. By the time I get my lunch I have to get back to the office and my lunch time is over. Drive-thru should be quicker than going inside. I have learned not to take a chance in the drive-thru, if there are cars, I will place my order inside or go elsewhere. I have mentioned it a couple of times and I was told they would tell the manager when he comes in. I will always be a customer, I like their food, it’s fresh, and delicious. Al I ask is drive-thru orders that will exceed 5 mins in wait time are asked to park and wait for their order; let everyone else get served and on our way.
