Burger Theory Columbus

We ordered the shrimp, appetizer and steak dinner for our date night. The protein was just fine. We were completely thrown back by the potatoes. The mashed potatoes were not fresh. They were what we would consider a dry potato mix that was quickly made. It was very cold and runny, and it did not complement the steak or the sauce at all. Highly recommend investing in a different style of mashed potatoes. Our service was the only thing that kept us in the building. the bartender was the only waitstaff in the restaurant that day and was running back and forth to accommodate us and the few guest that were in the booths. we will be back to try the burgers but wasn’t too impressed our first time

This place is usually good. However the last time I was there, service was atrocious. Food took a whole hour and when it came out, it was overcooked and burnt. Was in a hurry by the time the food even came out so couldn't even enjoy it. They were understaffed, but we should've been warned when we got there so we could've ordered something and got dinner quicker. When the service was good, food was good. But my most recent experience was horrible.

The burgers, fries and chicken are all great. Great idea having this inside the main lobby. Enjoying a burger then heading to bed is such a vibe

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Beer was cold. Parking: Large lot with plenty of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Meets ADA requirements
