Always amazing!!!

Food was great, however, I observed a gentleman wipe his nose on his glove the pick up a slice of cheese and hand it to the cook. I notified two different employees and nothing was said to this guy so I asked for the manager. The manager came out and what do you know, he was the guy. He denied touching food which I told him I saw him do it so he apologized and went back to work without changing his gloves. I obviously canceled my order and have not returned. It's sad because I've been there many times and the food was great.

Super bad management just like Trailer trash..The general manager she so disrespectful to the paying customers the delivery drivers and her staff that keeps this place in business no wonder nobody wants to work or eat here or deliver there food. This place is so slow for it to be so trash maybe one customers per hr dinning. I see why, the uneducated general Manger that acts like a child she need to be retrained on how to Treat people like human beings or maybe she owns this place that's why it's so trash. I have video of her I will post on fb YouTube and ig acting like a Jackass.. keep up the good work not today not tomorrow but oneday the doors to this trash burger monger will be closed because of the trailer trash general manager. Go to burger 21 or five guys up the road for better food and service.

I'm so disappointed My Lady and I been eating here for a long time and we have been told in the past that the burgers are always medium to well done but this time for my bday the burgers patty were pretty raw, and to add more confirmation, they have a new cook, as my lady called to see they confirmed they got a new cook. No other matters was corrected nor did they even attempt to reimburse or at least grant us a credit. Anyway my lady said this was her last time.

The food was great . However, it took a long time to get our orders.

The fries just need to be less greasy. It’s old oil or oil that is not the right temp. Either way it’s every time. I go for the handcut fresh fries, so it’s disappointing! Other than that, they have cornered the market on a big fat juicy burger your way, which is why my husband goes. The staff is very professional. Their fries just need to be consistent.

If you like tasty perfectly cooked burgers try this place. They will do exactly what you ask for. you have to ask for a toasted roll, if you don't ask they won't toast it. lots of toppings are available. If you like cheese burgers get a skirted cheese burgers,it's amazing! They make an old fashioned vanilla shake that's top notch. Price in not Mickey D'S, but you get what you pay for! This is one of our regulars for after the movie. It's worth a try! and they do take out!
