Burger Lounge

Now this place knows how to cook great burgers and they are even healthy to eat at although their prices are kinda high but what do u expect in brentwood..

Pretty great little burger joint! Delicious beef that lives up to the grass fed promise. Buns are fantastic and toasted just right and the rest of the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich had great flavor and moist on the inside, crispy on the outside chicken. The fries had a good seasoning to help make up for the average fry itself. They were cooked well though. Ranch was solid with a little hint of a unique flavor. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for an above average burger without breaking the bank.

Wow!! Totally unbelievable!! Worst service. Got a kids meal. Food was cold but the ice cream was melted. They gave me a new ice cream. That was melted too. I feel bad for the workers - but they were so bad. Probably not their fault. Will never go here again. One of the worst ever.

I really like burger lounge as a casual burger option! It’s relatively clean and ingredients are decent. I either get the classic burger or the lounge burger usually! I love the onion rings with the ranch as well! Get the 1000 island sauce for the burger!!

Today I am giving them 3 stars. At my most recent visit( this past Tuesday) I ordered a Paleo burger, large fries and a kids chicken strip meal with 3 extra strips. A friend and her son were accompanying us and ordered right after us. We sat down at a table indoors and waited about 25 mins for our food. However when the food came, my friend and her son's food came but mine and my son's did not arrive. We waited another 10 mins being patient. Then they started taking other orders. Thank goodness I asked for a copy of my order! When I brought it to their attention that my order never came, they tried to say they brought the order already. However the only thing we received was the child's drink for the kids meal. I showed them my receipt and even the person that took my order seemed dumbfounded. I waited while they figured out what happened on their end. After they discussed the receipt with the cooks, of whom had never even seen the order on the receipt ( I could hear the conversation as my table was near the register /kitchens.) Then someone came over and told us...We will make the meal however we will not charge you for it again,....I was like well I should hope not! Seeing as I never received the meal in the first place! We waited another 15 mins for the meal and at this point our guests had finished their meal! I was thourghly disappointed with the service and not even an apology was given. I believe my meal should have been comped as this was entirely their fault and the fact they so graciously we're not going to charge me again! Seriously not cool! Since we are frequently going to this establishment (weekly for a little over a year now)...at the very least they should have thrown in something as an apology. Also, be vigilant about cleaning up the tables after guests have left, sheesh! Do better please! I know you get busy at times, but no excuse to not be attentive to filth! Kid-friendliness: This Burger lounge is great, local and totally kid friendly! They even have a kids eat free deal every Tuesday that we frequently go for . The food is great and quite enjoyable.

Horrible service. 25 minutes to fullfil my order, everybody who ordered after me were out of the store by then. I got home, the wrong burger !! I ordered and paid for Classic bacon cheeseburger, I got Lounge burger no bacon no cheese. I will go somewhere else next time.

Is not a parking there...that is the only matter..other than that the husky burguer are great !!

We use to order from Burger Lounge on a weekly basis and loved it, especially the onion rings which were light, well seasoned & so good. Sadly that's no longer the case. Their new onion rings are no good. We've just ordered them for a 2nd time hoping it was a 1x bad experience but unfortunately it's not. They are still too hard to enjoy and have no flavor. Everything else is still recommendable.
