Everything was pretty mid, not the worst but definitely not the best. Not sure if it's always like this but when I went they seemed understaffed. Had one guy running around the restaurant for everything.
I'll admit the burgers were surprisingly good. I had the blue cheese burger which didn't skimp on the blue cheese and my wife enjoyed a chicken sandwich
Delicioso just kinda loud and busy
Dry overcooked burgers at outrageous prices ($47 for 2 people) and super long wait at 11:45 am. Save you time and money go to 5 Guys or In N Out.
No one at front counter for 5 plus minutes, we were wondering if they were open. Burger was weak, the deluxe quarter pounder at Mickey D's is actually better. My daughter had a birthday balloon in her hand when we were at the counter placing our order which the attendant saw. She evidently dropped it on the way to our table. I went back inside looking for it, I saw the attendant and asked her if she'd seen a b day balloon, her short reply was , oh yeah I threw it away. There were 3 tables in the restaurant and she made no attempt to get it back to the person who dropped it. I am surprised this place is still open. I won't be back. Sadly disappointed with the food, service.
Came to burgerlounge a few times with my coworkers. I would usually order the Lounge Burger (Grass-Fed Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, BL 1000 Island) or The Husky (Grass-Fed Beef, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, BL 1000 Island.) Then my coworkers and I would always share the Half & Half which is half onion rings and half french fries. But jeez the dipping sauces, that was next level. I really really really enjoyed the BL ranch.
I have always been an avid customer of this particular establishment and had always preferred it because of the food and Customer service over any other burger lounge in town. However, lately it has changed drastically. It’s sad to see places that brought so much to community in regard quality change in a not so good way. Even asking for ketchup is an extreme and inconvenience.Hope corporate takes a handle on this.
