Stop giving this Burger King business, I literally live within five minutes of this store and no matter what the order is always wrong and half the time won’t show up. And trying to get a hold of customer service or support is a nightmare because they only have email interactions. I’ve lost more than 50 dollars in delivery fees due to drivers stealing orders (for the record I’m not being lazy for not going myself I can’t right now for medical reasons I’ve been using delivery services for two months as I cannot leave my house) this kind of service is disgusting. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this restaurant as well, they forced me to proved medical records to prove that so they would give me a refund. And today I’ve been waiting now 24 hours for a response from customer service about an order that never showed up at my house. 45 dollars just poof gone but big corporate doesn’t care. I’m genuinely so sick of all these poorly run franchises. SOMEONE CALL CORPORATE AND GET THEIR CORE CHECKED. This store shouldn’t be in business.

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! LIKE HOW CAN IT BE SO HARD TO DO THE JOB MISSING FOOD, COLD, STALE, ONE ICE CUBE IN MY DRINK, AND THEY TAKE FOREVER CAUSE THEY ALL ON THEY PHONES! I HAVE HAD SEVERAL NOT SO HAPPY SERVICE THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW. That whole crew needs to be fired and get hard working individuals!
Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. It took my wife's reward points called her a liar. And we got nothing except embarrassed. There are other Burger Kings in Worcester avoid this one!
