Definitely one of the more run-down franchise locations. I come by every few months just to redeem some app offers and it’s consistently the same. There’s almost never anyone eating in the store but somehow the tables always have trash on them. The soda fountain normally has a number of options unavailable and is visibly dirty. The drive thru line is poorly designed because it’s fully surrounded by bushes, so once you order and pull up a little there’s no way to get out of there is a car in front of you. Which is a big problem when it takes them 20+ minutes to get you on your way. The staff has always seemed respectful, no one has ever been rude or anything, but you can tell they all just want to be literally anywhere else and I feel like that explains the slow service and poor quality food they give out. Unfortunately this is consistent regardless of what time you go.

My wife and I got food at the drive through on Jan. 30th at 4:30pm. Our food was cold a we called to let them know. We went back to exchange our food. I went to the counter and the lady at the counter told me the food was hot. I told her my fries were cold. We exchanged our food and my wife and I ate it and the food was warm. And our sodas were flat. I don’t recommend this BK. We will not be coming back to this BK. We will stick to the 140 BK at the other end of Westminster.

Rediculous service was Sadly AWFUL we had coupons and there were no options on the order screen and The Older Gentleman that was working didn't not even talk to us he totally ignored us Finally after 5 minutes he finally waited on Us , Oh and the Table was Nasty and I had to CLEAN OFF THE TABLE. My SELF I won't be coming Back Here again !!!!

Would not even give me ketchup with my meal. Told me I was going to have to pay $0.30 extra.

Pull up to the drive-thru no one ever said anything 10 minutes went by me saying hello is anyone there
