Food is horrible none of the employees can follow directions. Honestly don't know how anyone keeps that place open it is mediocre.

I rated this store 1 star due to pulling and seeing not 1, not 2 but 3 employees smoking weed right outside the emergency door by the bathrooms. One ran past me for a drive thru order and was reeking of weed. There was one young man working cleaning the lobby. There appeared to be NO Suprvision and definitely no professionalism. These employees clearly have NO respect for their workplace. Management PLEASE Do Better. I went to McDonald's instead.

The GM at this location is very rude and disrespectful to her employees and customer as as I was coming in to order the GM was counseling antagonized the young men who took my order he was very respectful even after being humiliated in front of everyone in the store at that time nobody deserve to be treated like that in a working environment

The general manager at this location is very rude nobody should be talk to the way she talks to her employees just nast and disrespectful!!!

Typically I have a good experience at this location with the managers and the cook in the back however this last time I went at 8:00am and the building was not open. I go to this location every morning via Uber at 8:00 before work but the location was not open. I asked the lady in the restaurant repeatedly why they aren’t open and she never answered me and signaled me to walk through the drive thru which is a huge safety hazard. I walked around the window and asked her were they going to open and she told yelled across the drive thru to say “We just opened so we can’t open the doors yet”. I was never able to order anything. Worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King yet. I am an every day customer so to be treated so poorly felt terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
