Antwon needs to manage/own his own Burger King …visited 6:30 PM Saturday evening 3/23/2024.

The manager told me the Condiments were in the bag when only bbq sauce was no Ketchup was irritated that I repeated myself Because I had a previous altercation with employee last time for not putting my receipt in the bag and charging me for a large when i wanted a medium

I just want to personally shout out the worker Cesar! He’s always been on point with my request for my chicken nuggets to be fresh and he remembers the sauce I always get. When a worker remembers how you like your food and the sauces that is going above and beyond and that’s the type of customer service I will always praise!

Not enough workers. The workers are very slow. They called every bodies number except for mine. Until I noticed it was on the counter. Very poor management.

They will rob you of your money. I ordered via BK app and the order was wrong cecelia denied me a refund, i did not pick the order up and reordered my food correctly but was still charged for the food that i did not pick up i contacted corporate to which they just gave me a 5$ credit to use at BK instead of my full 10$ refund for food i did not receive. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE
