Waited at the order terminal for 15mins, before being able to order. English Language barrier hindered the person from being able to understand our order, or explain the menu. The car in front of us stayed at the pay window for an additional 10mins while that passenger walked to the pickup window for the food. We finally paid, just to have our order incorrect at the pickup window. After restating our order, the person said, "you did not pay. We asked to pay at the window. She told us to, "go back to line." Closed the window, and walked away. This Burger King is not friendly to people who speak English as their 1st language. The service is less than sub par. The fries were not hot. We left and went to McDonald's, the line was longer there, ordered, and drive off with our CORRECT order with 8mins total. Do NOT go here, if you can avoid it.
