Pésimo servicio, estuve llamando a los empleados para que me atiendan y me estaban ignorando. Se tardan mucho en atender y solo se la pasan en el teléfono. Debería de aver un manager.

The Tables were dirty and the workers seem over worked, and underpaid. I was very disappointed in seeing and hearing the manager yelling at the employees loudly and aggressively about labor hours! Not professional at all. But the food was good and fresh m.

Muy mal servicio, los trabajadores en ves de estar atendiendo el publico están en sus celulares no me explico que hace los manager de este establecimiento

This is the worst Burger King in the history of burger kings . Okay it’s fast food I’m not expecting 5 star dining but they don’t even try . Fries taste old . I ask him to make new fries he says there fresh I get them and there old ! Bread for The burgers are stale never any drink in the drink machine . I’m surprised this place is still In business . I don’t even normally write reviews I just won’t do business at horrible places but don’t go here this place reaaaallly is bad quality customer service and food

I went to this location I was questioning because the rep actually held my card the whole entire time which is not the norm usually they swipe and give it back! I waited till I received my receipt and looked at my account there was two purchases made instead of one! Call to ask for a manager and the manager said that I was incorrect and to call my bank! Called my bank and they said that I had to come in to fill out a form to dispute it this is such a waste of time when the manager she did her job could’ve been resolved so bottom line is look at your accounts after making a purchase with your card! Manager is super unprofessional that she didn’t address this when I showed her my phone that said twice this is very unprofessional for children that make $15 an hour they should be taking more Cautious and looking how people are pennypinching and don’t need a charge happening twice

I grew up on Burger King they had great fries and great burgers but sad to say times has changed i was so disgusted and disappointed on their so-called garlic bacon King Burger I took one bite then two bites then I threw it in the trash the burger wasn't even properly cooked the garlic was stale the so-called bacon tasted like day old potato chips the fries we're not crispy they were soggy of oil and still raw and I'll tell you this there was NO PRIDE COOKED IN THIS FOOD WHAT SO EVER I swear I have never been this disappointed in my life Burger King just threw out the love of their food from my heart after the taste of this meal I would not recommend anyone to eat that burger that was the worst meal I have ever had in my entire life and this Burger King is on Smith Street in Perth Amboy so I tell all my people do not eat that meal
