Food was poorly made and the crew was rude and uninterested in providing any kind of decent service.
I've had great experiences and I've had a couple bad ones. I guess it just depends on who's working and/or whether they care. Their prices are better then McDonald's, they have onion rings and charbroil burgers are delicious .
Drive through cheating their times by pulling everyone around but then taking 20+ minutes for basic orders.

Manager on duty on 11/29 has horrible customer service. Please employ people who actually like their job and leave the ghetto bunnies for the streets. I went to the 9 mile rd in Pensacola, FL burger king on 11/29 around 5:30pm and received horrible service from someone who claimed to be the manager. First, I was trying to redeem a code for the $3 whopper. The app showed that the code was redeemed when she entered it but she kept telling me that the whopper was full price. I asked her why it wasn’t coming up as $3 and she said “I just see your name and that’s it.” Didn’t make sense or answer my question. She then kept trying to get me to pay full price. I told her to try the code again. Same thing with the app telling me it was successful. At that point, she huffed like I was bothering her. I REALLY HOPE THE DRIVE THROUGH IS RECORDED B/C SHE WAS BEING AWFUL FOR NO REASON. It was so bad that I decided to drive to the other location that is actually further away from me, and I received AMAZING service. I tried to call back and ask her for her name and she hung up. People like that make your restaurant look bad and it’s unacceptable.
